This was an outstanding evening in every way. The nine course menu plus several additional tasters was wonderful. This coupled with perfect and knowledgeable service made for a memorable dining experience. Have eaten in a number of three Michelin star establishments around the world, but Per Se really does set a new standard in my opinion.

Per Se is an outstanding restaurant. It isnt meant for a budget trip but every penny spent was worth the quality, service, taste, atmosphere, etc. They treated us very well on our anniversary.

I spent my Saturday afternoon, looking over Central park and eating from the Salon menu. A menu I believe is a little underrated. Great value and food was superb! I had the lobster. Great wine! and they really know how to look after you. Thank You!
