We stayed over the holiday weekend. Rooms are tiny. Some of which are too close to the vent system. The location and service is good. Overall, the interior is a little cramped and dingy. I stayed here because I am a Starwoods member. There are better options in the same price-range and neighborhood.

This hotel is perfectly placed for a NY visit. We are drawn back to NY over and over again and we like staying in and around the Village rather than in the crowds and sameness of the central city. Emely Estrella manages a team of enthusiastic, kind, engaging and professional front of house staff who simply could not have been...

Yes, rooms are small but I had smaller rooms at the Sheraton in Tribeca. Location is good. Dining and bar options nearby and close to two subway lines. Professional staff who actually seem to give a damn about guests. That was refreshing. Hard to call any hotel in NY a value but I'd stay there again.

Yes the rooms are small- I didn't mind that, nor did I mind that the room faced an airshaft - what really did me in was the loud exhaust fan that roared up the air shaft most nights, the impossible to control thermostat and the slick walk in shower floor. Ok we got a deal on expedia but I've stayed...

As a Platinum Starwood member, I generally have learned to avoid their Four Points brand. They are usually quite second-rate, but based on TA reviews here, I booked a nite at the Four Points SoHo Manhattan...and it was fabulous! I was so pleased: eager and helpful front desk, the hotel was spotlessly clean, my room was really small, but HEY!...

I visited NY for a short break with friends. In the past, I've always splurged on hotels like Soho House, but this time we were on a budget... We chose the Four Points based on the location and the price - which was around $150 in advance for a 2 double bed room. Our room was pretty small - just...

The Four Points Soho is the BEST Four Points I've stayed at. (9 times out of 10 I usually get upgraded to the penthouse suite), the rooms are ALWAYS clean and check in is always fast. Mr. Alex Ruiz makes my stay great. Him and his team are so friendly and the time over night manager John Cid helped my...
