We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and chose it based on Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and happy to assist. The location is great as it's near a subway and the Chelsea Markets and many restaurants are within walking distance. We found the breakfast to be on the 'sweet' side, but...

This is a great place. Above all for the friendly and infinitely helpful personnel. Nothing was too much trouble. They certainly know how to welcome their guests. There was information available about everything, and even the famous daily information sheet for inspiration. The room was so very comfortable and quiet, despite being on 14th street. The Inn is in a...

The reviews are absolutely correct. Very friendly and helpful staff - the morning newsletter was a great idea.
Had a room overlooking the courtyard which was very quiet. Great beds and linen.
Position is perfect - a short walk to 3 different subway lines so getting to other parts of NY is no problem. Lots of different cafes and restaurants...

My husband and I stayed at Chelsea Pines Inn for 8 nights for our first trip to New York City. We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. We couldn't be happier with our choice! The owner and everyone on the staff is so kind and helpful. They even had a bouquet of 10 roses and a handwritten card sent to...

This is the perfect place for either a brief visit or extended stay. Location is excellent-half block to the ACE trains, only slightly further to the High Line and the various attractions of the Meat Packing and Chelsea Districts. Very helpful staff, abundant breakfast, even a outdoor garden. All in all, a perfectly delightful oasis.

This is my second stay at Chelsea Pines Inn and I must say now that it is easily my preferred choice. There are many things I need when I stay somewhere on my travels. Comfort is just one. Then there is warm hospitality, location, convenience, discreet service and privacy. Chelsea Pines has these in abundance. The classic movie themed rooms...

I returned to the Chelsea Pines Inn after having stayed there fiteen years earlier and having visited New York City many times in between. I dont know why I stayed anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Chelsea Pines Inn enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt that I'd found my 'New York' home away from home. Jay, Al, Troy and the staff were all amazing. From Crispo's, to Gusto, to the park at Bleeker Street where I had a Sarah Jessica Parker encounter(!), to the daily suggested itineraries they slipped under your...

We had such a lovely time here. Great value, central and really nice, helpful staff. The lounge area for breakfast was great and relaxed and our room was really nice. Small touches such as wifi in the rooms and a daily newsletter of suggestions for the day, as well as the great people that work there really added to it.
