This charming B&B was very conveniently located in the north of Harlem- with its proximity to an A train (tube) station, it takes no more than 10min to get to Midtown Manhattan. Although it is fair to say we did not hit the streets after midnight, we never felt any sense of insecurity in the neighborhoud. Our host Bernardo was...

The Bernardo's home is very nice, very well situated near a subway station in harlem. It takes around 15 minutes to go to the new york center by subway and the quality vs price is very interessant. But the best thing in this home is Bernardo himself:a very goog guy who knows NYC like his pocket and he 's always...

It's a bit of misnomer to List the San fermin apartments as b and b because breakfast isn't provided. However, this is a minor point because there are cooking facilities in the rooms and delis nearby where you can buy bread, milk etc. Harlem is a very safe location - we used the convenient subway late at night and also...

We loved this place! First of all, Bernardo was so helpful and was there whenever we needed his assistance or advice. In fact, one of the very first things he did was take us to the nearest Subway station (about a 2 minute walk away) and showed us how to take the train. That station happens to be one of...

Our family of 5 adults stayed 6 nights in the Apartment suite which was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Bernardo is a perfect host and went above and beyond in helping us get oriented by giving us a mini walkabout to locate the subway (helped us purchase the right passes), grocery store etc in the vicinity. He was also always...

This is such a nice guest house in Harlem, with direct connection by subway to JFK Airport. Don´t be put off by the location - the neighborhood is quite safe and you can experience NY from a different point of view, ie., its people, not tourists. Once you get off at 145 St Station on line A, you don´t even...

Hi, my partner and I are from Rome, Italy, and just stayed at this lovely B&B for one week. The first thing I remember was its smell! As you enter the little 2 floors building you 'smell' good and everything is indeed so well kept and clean. Bernardo, the host, was always very nice and helpful and we could also...

We stayed for 10 days and explored New York in real depth - we loved it! The accommodation was spacious, stylish with a big, very comfortable bed and modern, good sized bathroom. The kitchenette enabled us to do our own thing foodwise if we wanted to and we could come and go as we pleased. The area is quiet and...

We went to Sanfermin B&B in march 2011. That was absolutely fantastic! The B&B is situated in Harlem but don't worry about that, the neighbourhood is everything but dangerous and people are very helpful! The B&B is 5 minutes away from the subway (on foot), there are a pharmacy and a supermarket near it. There is also a church if...
