We spent a week-end for our wedding anniversary: everyone was very nice, hotel is very nice, room extremely clean and comfortable. Bar and room service are very expensive - be careful! We loved it! We really want to go back!

We got a great last minute deal and were delighted with the room and location. This is a great hotel by most standards and being in New York, close to Central Park, makes it an even bigger gem. It's expensive, so much so we didn't eat there and wouldn't have dreamed about evenng the mini bar, but if you...

1 person found this review helpful We stayed at this hotel Easter weekend for four nights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice and a good size. We reserved two rooms for my husband, myself and our three daughters and the only disappointment was that our rooms were not on the same floor. They said they were 100% booked, which was probably true,...

1 person found this review helpful Last minute, on Easter weekend, I found myself traveling by myself on business to New York. I scrambled and found a great rate at this hotel. My flight was delayed and I landed at 5 am. When I went to check in - my reservation was not correct due to third party. The lady at the front desk went out...

1 person found this review helpful The Plaza Athenee in my opinnion has a great location if you want to be in the upper east side. The rooms are small but still pretty nice although they could need some refurbishment. The staff is nice. The best part is the location. The hotel is located in one of the classiest neighborhoods of the city. It is ideal...

We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of our location.
I am also pleased to share with you that most of our rooms have undergone renovations and we added a new gym and spa.
We are looking forward to hopefully welcome you back again soon.

1 person found this review helpful Each year, I stay on the Upper East Side for three nights in December. In the past, we have stayed at the Carlyle and the Surrey. The Plaza A. may even top both of those fabulous hotels. What makes it great? Here is what I loved: Check in -- you are ushered into a small room and given attentive service......

1 person found this review helpful This was a fantastic choice for the first leg of my New York business trip. I wanted to experience a bit of Upper East Side pampering and the location is perfect, really. I walked to Barneys and the wonderful shops on Madison, the Asia Society museum with fantastic Nara exhibit just up Park, and to miscellaneous drug store, trattoria, and...
