Took the family - 8 of us, for a special New Year's eve dinner. We ordered the "house speciality" dumplings, crab/pork and pork to start. They were "ok". Only had one day in NYC and soup dumplings at Joe's Shanghai and it was worth the horrendous traffic and the exorbitant parking fee.

They have delicious soupy dumplings which not too many Chinese restaurants serve. It's worth going to this place just to get the dumplings!

Amazing soup dumpling. Very good food with reasonable price. Suitable for casual dinner with friends and families. The service is what you can expect in Chinatown, which is OK.
