This is a lovely little restaurant set back in a shopping area. Inside and outside dining are available. You can keep your car in line of sight although the neighborhood is a good one. The menu has a number of options. Martinis are excellent.

The food here is okay. Possibly better than average in Topeka, but that is not saying much as the options are limited. The restaurant has a good ambiance, and would be good place to take a date.

I quit going there because everythign I would try was awful. It was just bland pasta with lots of cheese and no flavor. Their pizza is the worst, no sauce on it, and the sauce is served on the side, and the sauce has no flavor. I had the lasagna last time i was there, and it was barely edible....

This used to be top of the line but has fallen off the charts. Their idea of "Italian" is weird. Their pizzas are absolutely horrendous and many of the major Italian dishes are subpar. The salad and breadsticks are pretty good however. Some of the seafood dishes are decent. Service is so-so also. Seems they have an "you owe me"...

Went to Paisano's in hopes it would be as good as many family-owned Italian restaurants are. 1st trip was okay--it was on par with Olive Garden. Subsequent trips were unreliable.
