As a "New Yawkah" did not expect great food, but I was pleasantly surprised. The better half and I shared mussels far diavolo, which were cooked to perfection. The veal dishes were delicious and the requested veggies were great. Nice, inexpensive wine list (try the Barolo). The tiramisu was A-1.

They said the food would 45 minutes but it was more than 90 minutes and it was not completely cooked and not even warm. After I finished cooking it in the oven it tasted pretty good. NOT worth the wait.

My husband is from Queens NY and has been in the restaurant biz for 30 years. He is often disappointed but not by Sals ! We are going back again before our vacation is over! One tip. It is in the corner of the strip mall kinda hidden it is on the right side of Blooms grocery. Pizza was Delish....

Great food,. They had entertainment the night we went. The portions were big as I got the sampler. Have been here about 3 times now. Their temp location and now back to the old location. Staff hass been good and food has bee great everytime so far.

We stopped here for our first night in Williamsburg after reading previous reviews, easily found, they have changed their sign so it shows up better in the corner of the shopping center. Prices were reasonable and everything we expected !

This is a well known, popular Italian place--Italian entrees are fair--too much cheese covers up taste of items. Special combination was about $15--was OK but not great. No spaghetti or garlic bread with entrees. Fair desserts about $5 each.
