I live about four blocks from El Tiempo, so I would love to love this place, but I can't. The food, while expensive, is better than average, so no real problem there. Went on a Tuesday night and had to wait over 40 minutes. Evidently we were not the only people tipped off to this place's great food by the hotel bellman. According to the valet attendant, this is a frequent dining establishment for President Bush (senior), and the Secret Service often sweep the area on a whim that he might want...
