Wife and I stopped in for lunch. I had a club sandwich and the wife had a chicken salad. Both were excellent and came with fries and pickles. Sandwiches were so big neither one of us could finish the whole thing. Very good value for the price, not to mention you can sit at the outer closed in deck area...

oh yeah, and good food. Would go back in a second. Nice how it's on the marsh walk for an after lunch/dinner stroll out to pier/marina etc.

Had dinner after a long 27 holes on the course. Good experience, nothing special, good food, and an environment that is on par with the competition. Enjoyed our time and would go back.

When traveling, we always like to check out the Happy Hour places, and Dead Dog Saloon offered half price appetizers and drinks from 4-7 during the week. The service was also really great, once they saw that my leg was broken they were more than helpful in getting my freind & I seated. We had the best seat in the house...outside right next to the docks....

2 people found this review helpful We went to the Dead Dog this year to try a new place, It was a great choice, my wife had the seafood and it was good, I had a steak and it was the best steak I had in Myrtle Beach this year! As with all the Marsh Walk restaurants can't beat the view!

We sat outside for dinner. The server wasn't very good, but the atmosphere was great. I had shrimp and grit cakes with andouille and it was delicious. My husband had a couple cold seafood apps and said they were good. We'd definitely go back.
