Excellent service, creative dishes, delicious food, and awesome drinks. Highly, highly, recommend the Pink Panther roll, the crunch of peanuts is amazing, and also the Mai Tai's. Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff always willing to suggest. You can really tell the owners care about the quality. Best sushi place in the Capital District.

I was a sushi virgin the first time I entered Frank's restaurant, the Owner of Shogun in Delmar, I think I ordered Sesame Chicken. It was the most amazing dinner! Perfectly cooked, and it was actually chicken unlike most sesame chicken in the area which comes more as bits of fried chicken fat. Our next visit i ordered tempura chicken....

Everyone should try Shogun. Frank and his staff are unbelievable. The sushi rolls are unique yet excellent and the quality of the fish is unbeatable in the area. I've never ordered an entree that I was not completely satisfied with. During the summer, nothing beats going and sitting on their outside patio eating sushi and drinking sake.
