went on a saturday night at 6 o'clock. We didn't have a reservation but the "squeezed' us in even thought the resturaunt was empty. We felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Had to wait forever just to place our drink order. Ordered our food and watched the salads sit on the counter for 10 minutes both servers walked...

Great little cafe with a nice staff..attentive but not intrusive. We have eaten here numerous times and have yet to be disappointed. Amazingly fresh tastes, nothing out of a jar or can here!. Dont miss out on the amazing homemade soups, quite unique seasonings and flavors. MChicken Marsala is my favorite and cant be beat. Desserts a bit expensive but...

Several months ago 4 of us went to Zabaglione restaurant for dinner, about a 30 minute drive for us. We were greeted and ordered a round of drinks and an appetizer. After over an hour of catching up with our friends, no one had taken our order yet. We had to wave to the waitress to take our dinner order....

We ordered a cappuccino and a 'strong coffee'. After about ten minutes a cappuccino arrived along with a pot of coffee accompanied by an espresso in a cup. The cappuccino was fine, but the espresso was undrinkably cold. We took the cold coffee back to the counter and asked for a replacement at the proper temperature. The response was "We...

When you see the sign for Zabaglione, keep on walking. (Unless you are loaded and have money to burn and don't care too much about food.) We walked into an empty room and were told that they thought they might be able to "squeeze us in." (I guess there were a lot of reservations although there were still 5..

We visited Zabaglione Cafe recently for our anniversary on a weeknight. The restaurant was full to capacity. Hooray for you! There was one waitress and we had to wait overly long for our starter, which was polenta and mushrooms, which we loved, and longer for our entre. The bread and the dipping oil was soo good. My swordfish was delicious,...

Salads are good, original, tasty too!. Prices are fine. Soups are too small but delicious. The desserts are not manufactured in some factory. They are home made but not at the restaurant. They are really good! Signs in the window...get over yourself. The economy has crashed sweet, dewy girls of Ipswich. The attitude of the waitstaff is great. Sometimes the...

I recently had lunch here with a friend. We both had small babies with us. The restaurant only has 2 highchairs, and one was being used by someone else, so the waitress told us we could put one of the carseats on an empty table next to ours. She even helped us move the table and get the baby situated....

When I think of the Cafe and the Restaurant, I feel as if the restaurant should be the place to go if you want a more uptight romantic experience, not the cafe. The cafe's desserts are not made on site, they're clearly ordered from a distributer, and, frankly, aren't that great, and EXTREMELY overpriced.
