Visited this restaurant several times during my stay in the Iowa area. It was delicious... and the service great. For those on a budget, there were specials periodically - like $10 pasta nights (anything on the regular menu that was pasta based was $10 for the specified time)... I didn't think the prices were bad in the first place though....

I had the pleasure of hosting a business dinner for 7 people at Biaggi's last night. We had an awesome waitress who was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided valuable recommendations on what to order. She was courteous and service oriented. Biaggi's has much better food than the large chain Italian restaurants, but the price is still reasonable. The atmosphere is less casual than, say, Olive Garden, but it is not very formal either. Reservations recommended as they can get busy.

Cedar Rapids, IA
Pretty good italian. Sad to say it is one of the nicer resturants in town. And it is a midwest chain. Bread on the table with olive oil to dip Decent entree's. Try the Chilliean Sea Bass.
