We made another trip on a weekday to Simply Cupcakes. The owners went out of their way to greet us and meet our out-of-town guests. The Key Lime still rocks. Can't wait to try the Lemon cupcake. The toughtest decision was deciding which one to get so I had to get four. I purchased the key lime, pecan carmel, mocho exception, and choclate peanut butter. Saw all the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to visit with our kids while vacationing there. The reviews were right, cupcakes were fantastic. We found this little cupcake place wandering around Marco. Amazing cupcakes, and the best coffee I've ever had! The owners are the nicest people, we spent an hour and a half just talking with them. Cutest little shop, brightly colored walls and well presented cupcakes. They look as good as they taste. We will definitely be back!

I call myself a red velvet connoisseur. Sickened by cupcake shops that try to pass vanilla frosting on red velvet cupcakes, I was beyond delighted that Simply Cupcakes presented the cupcake in its true form- a delicious and moist cake topped with a scrumptious cream cheese frosting. On our last day in Marco Island, we were at breakfast and noticed a shop called Simple Cupcakes. We had been hearing wonderful things about it but could not find it that week.
