The food here is really good, however a bit pricey. It's very very small with limited seating. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. Unfortunately, I just can't recommend them based on their use of not eco friendly products like styrofoam cups and plastic eating utensils. While traveling through Gainesville, my husband and I wanted a good lunch. After checking the Trip Advior website, we found Adam's Rib. It is a small, quaint, and local eatery with delicious food. What a great find!

Have eaten here several times. The food has always been great. They have a tremendous selection of sauces. Has a small counter for service and a half dozen booths but have have never had to wait long. Great service, quick food! Love it.

After living in NC for five years I had to find a good BBQ place and Adam's is it. The pulled pork has great flavor and the side dishes are very good. I put it right up there with Newberry and Chunky T's. I have yet to try Terrell's.
