We live in nearby Red Bluff and were tired of the 3 or 4 same old restaurants with only mediocre food. We decided to drive the 20 miles or so to Corning and Rolling Hills Casino for dinner to Timbers, which we have walked by several times over the past few years while in the casino. Filet Mignon; perfectly cooked. BBQ Ribs: fall off the bone. Service; genuine with great timing so my husband and I could enjoy the food and each other without numerous interruptions. The fresh rosemary bread with Olive Oil/Balsamic was a pleasant start. Skip the appetizers and go straight to the entrees and desserts. Ask for a cozy booth along the wall...
