The wife had a steak & kidney pie, I had beef - both were served with a large portion of mashed potato and carrots, etc. Very tasty and quite filling. The cost was a bit more than most Thai meals, but it was a nice alternative. We sat outside on the patio, so can't comment on the interior.

Staying for two weekends in Karon Beach and with the English football league on, the Angu O'Tool's Irish Pub was our soccer retreat to watch the matches of Arsenal. The bar offered indoor and outdoor seating, two huge projector screens and several normal TV screens as well as free wifi along with typical Irish food and beer.

Angus O'Tools is just by the entrance to our hotel (Centara) and the perfect place for starting off the night. Drinking were fine and not expensive. The food served was excellent. Second night in Phuket -- where to go for dinner? I chose Angus O'Tool's Irish Pub and Guesthouse, and I was pleasantly surprised. Tables both inside the pub and outside, two TV screens showing English football and Formula One racing. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from an Irish bar. But the food and the service made the trip worthwhile....
