chocolate brands i normally buy are Koko black (mostly their 100% cocoa chocolate because no other brands make it that pure/rich) and of course Chockolait. I follow the review from trip advisor and try this on 6 May 2011. The chocolate drink is too sweet and like a cup of melted chocolate. Nothing special. Beside, the shop is small with a lot of people. Anyway, the shop is comfortable and clean.

HI, Sorry to hear the hot chocolate was a bit sweet, we do not add sugar or any other sweetener to our drinks, we only use genuine Belgian chocolate, next time you may want to try a darker chocolate which is always a good alternative for those who prefer their chocolate less sweet. after reading online reviews about the pavlova at Chokolait. i had to try it myself! the pavlova tasted awesome. it was to die for! definetely recommend for those of you have sweet tooth for yummy treats such as the pavlova. loved the chocolate & strawberry decorations on the pavlova. what a way to end the day! :) & friendly staff...
