over priced (10 euros cover charge before you even start!), nice food but too many staff hovering over you. like previous review we couldn't wait to leave. recommended by lonely planet guide, but only worth going if you are the type of person that likes to name drop.

This delightful place was recommended to us by an Italian and is blissfully off that main tacky tourist drag through the centre of town. It is a small courtyard covered with a leafy bower and has only 12 tables. It specialises in fresh local fish (they have a meat menu, but why bother?). The marinated anchovies are delicate and tasty....

We were excited to eat at Maffei's, named one of the best seafood restaurants by Frommer's, but were pretty disappointed.
