Lovely atmosphere and nicely located for the Picasso museum. Had a relaxing lunch with half bottle of cava. Trusted the waiter to bring us veggie tapas which were all delicious and no "just a little bit of bacon" in them. We were lucky to get a table as before long people were queuing and hanging about in any spare space...

Xampanyet was right around the corner from our rented flat in the Born neighborhood in Barcelona and it was such a treat. The house cava and assortment of tapas were delicious, the service was great and the crowds were fun. It is touristy, but who really cares? I will certainly be back the next time in Barcelona!
