Unless you are a big fan of chinese flavors this meal is very unremarkable. Tuna tartare was very good and lobster was nice, but meat that i ordered i could barely cut, forget about chewing it. As a matter of fact local chinese take-out will give you better meat with broccoli. Lemon mille- fiulle for desert had an unpleasant taste....

Had dinner (with a reservation) on Saturday night. Food was as good as advertised and service was even better. I had the cod, which was a nice thick piece and cooked perfectly, and my wife had a NY strip, which was very good but not large. Total bill. including a reasonably priced bottle of Pinot, was $190. I'd go again....

Wow! Possibly the best meal both me & my wife have ever had, and all for $28! We have eaten in some highly acclaimed places throughout the world & this ranks as the best. The food, service & view across Central Park is unbeatable at this price. Nothing more to be said!

I agree with the favorable reviews of the food and service, both of which are wonderful. The only drawback I found was that the low prix fixe for the lunch draws hordes of bargain seekers, which made for a crowded and noisy lobby filled with hungry people. The food was very good, the sevice was excellent and the physical layout of the restaurant itself is very nice. The only, minor criticism, is that the rye toast, was not up to the standard of the rest of the meal.
