Walls are paper thin.....don't stay there unless you don't want any sleep! You can hear the people in the next room talking, snoring as if they're in the room with you! The reception staff says that's just the way it is.....nothing they can do....wow.....nice attitude.....will never go back there.....it's obvious whoever designed and built it were IDIOTS!

As we had to attend a funeral on short notice, rooms were scarce in the area. Because of hockey tournaments being held that weekend Hotels rooms were hard to find. We checked into the Slumber Inn . It contained two twin beds and we asked for an additional cot ( $20.00). We were three adults travelling . All they have...

This hotel is conveniently located, it is the largest accommodation in the area and looks from the outside like a Best Western or Days Inn. But it is a dump. It is poorly managed, as evidenced by the fact that front desk staff think it's okay to have a private conversation while a guest is at the desk, waiting for...

Checked in late, looking for a place to stay for the night rather than continuing a long drive. The location is convenient to the highway and easy to find. The check-in process was fine, and the room was of a decent size for the rate. The bed was quite comfortable. However, the room was infested with ants! When told, the...

Great little place to stay for relatively cheap. Right next door to Smittys Restaurant & Irving w/ K restaurant. Very quite area, rooms extremely quiet and clean for this category of hotel. Within a 15 minutes country side stroll along Prospect Rd to Commercial Street and Tim Hortons, DQ, KFC, other restaurants, shopping, grocery store & movies. And just of...

Last week I stayed in the Best Western in Kingston. You can read the review of that place. This week I am staying 30 minutes away from Kingston at the Slumber Inn. This is a newer hotel (compared to the Best Western) but it still dated. You are greeting with the smell of cigarette smoke when entering the lobby. The...

I liked this place, the beds look like Marriott hotel beds, which is nice. The bathroom is also nice, but I had a non-smoking room, and i needed to leave the bathroom fan on all the time or else smoke from other rooms entered my room thru this vent. So that is not nice, but that is what happens when...

Have stayed here many times over the past 10yrs and always find this establishment to be clean and friendly. We have also stayed at the Old Orchard Inn and found it to be not nearly as clean. Cleanliness is very important to my wife and The Slumber Inn passed her inspections every time. If your looking for a clean and...

It was basic - a bit pricey for the quality but an ok place to stay, except for the juddering of air brakes on trucks as they approached all night! The kitchen was a bit "hostel" like, but everything was there. Staff at front desk didn't seem very friendly and welcoming, but it was "ok"
