My husband spent two nights at this hotel. Once for a one day lay over and the other for 6 hours prior to boarding a plane to return home. On the 6 hour stay to catch some sleep he was eaten alive by bugs and returned home with 80% of his body covered with bites. He has been to the...

Cherae and Cynthia at the front desk were so helpful during our 1 week stay. They should be commended for a courteous, friendly and job well done. Although, being close to any airport has its disadvantages, I was very pleased and appreciative of the assistance I received during my stay at the Best Western The Plaza Hotel in Honolulu. Not knowing the area, Sherae at the front desk was truly wonderful in helping me. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Thank you Sherae.

This is the closest hotel to Honolulu International Airport. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The room was very clean and the hotel staff was helpful. “Run down, poor service hotel near the airport - don't stay if you want to feel safe or need sleep.”
