This was the best experience I have had at a Westin property anywhere and I have stayed at quite a few. The staff was gracious, hospitable and knowledgeable. From the moment we arrived we received nothing but the best of service from the valet, doorman, Farrell Sledge ( associate) & Chris who escorted us to our beautiful room and was very informative.
