Arrived 8:30pm and had previously advised hotel of our arrival time. Ordered room service dinner and then was told that there was no room service even though it was advertised as being available until 12:30 (night). No help or suggestions offered as to where we might find a meal. We even asked thm to order food for us from outside,...

If your staying here it's likely because of a convention at the Koury Center. That said your choices are limited in the area. I prefer to stay at the Double Tree across the street. This hotel has been updated but the rooms still show their age. I stayed in the Presidential Suite which was fine, but didn't feel it was...

My family and i stayed here on our way to Duke University this past weekend. What a great hotel with a friendly staff. It was a little "too quiet" (as I believe they were in between convention groups), and a little difficult to find the main entrance, but the staff was wonderful and attentive and the rooms were clean and...

Stayed at the Sheraton Greensboro for a conference and was very pleased. We stayed in the tower, and the rooms were clean and recently upgraded. The food and drinks were excellent and the Fifth Season was great. Good crowd and a lot of fun. The conference center is convenient (and just steps from the mall!) and can handle a lot...

First of all, the management sucks!! We stayed in a handicapped accessible room that definitely needed upgrading. Aside from the flatscreen t.v. and the white comforters, it could have easily passed off as the local "motel". The room spelled like feces and/or mildew and the shower curtain was stained. I called the front desk after checking in to ask if...

They have a free shuttle that picks you up from the airport, but be prepared it took 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Checked into the hotel with a King room requested on my reservation, but entered my room to find 2 double beds. Walked back to the front desk to ask for a King bed, and the front...

My husband and I stayed here a night when we went on a shopping trip. The hotel was nice and clean inside, but most of the shops inside were closed. The pool room needs updated bad, but the bar area was nice and the staff was friendly. Our room was nice, cozy and clean, but we were placed in a...

Stayed on the top floor and enjoyed the views. Windows could have been cleaner but the room seemed to be fine. It was spacious, quiet and bland. Bars and restaurants seemed to be empty and they weren't inviting. A bit of step back in time.

I used the Sheraton 4 Seasons Hotel in Greensboro, NC as the host hotel for a large gymnastics invitational. We put our VIP guests and judges in this hotel along with some coaches. Everyone was very pleased with how beautiful the hotel was, the excellent service, personal touches and rooms. It was a great assest to our competition and we...
