Great location, reasonably priced, and great service. I would stay there again anytime.

Dear Mr. Ibrahim, I wanted to take a moment to thank an excellent employee in your hotel. · I was a guest earlier this week, and dropped off a fedex package at the front desk that I needed to ship out. · Bernadette in your shipping department noticed that I had the wrong shipping label, and immediately contacted me to...

We choose this hotel when visiting family in New York because it easily accommodates our family of four. The staff readily supplies a cot and some rooms have a very comfortable couch that's long enough for my teens. It's walking distance from the Brooklyn Bridge--walking the Bridge is a must-do activity. The staff tries very hard to accommodate your requests...

I travelled to the US from Australia just after Christmas in December 2010. We had pre-booked and pre-paid for the room from 27 December to 1 January, at a price of almost $500 a night. New York had been hit by a huge snowstorm so there were flights being delayed and cancelled constantly. As a result, I arrived at the...

We went to New York for my cousins wedding, and he picked this hotel for all the family to stay at as it is just one block from his apartment. I stayed in NY before at the intercontinental in manhattan, and was dubious about staying in Brooklyn as I thought it might be a bit rough. Brooklyn Heights is a...

I visited just before Halloween. The New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge just may be the ideal spot for tourists as well as shoppers and business travelers headed for Manhattan. It's literally at the foot of the bridge and a slight jog off the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The subway stop for Fulton Market is a few steps away with many...

The hotel is beautiful, but the details are a bit old (tiles in the bath a bit old, some worn areas in room...). Also, we had asked for an infant crib in the reservation, called ahead to confirm it, and then it still took about an hour for it to arrive to our room. They also had no crib sheet,...

If you must be in Manhattan, then obviously this is not the hotel for you. If you're not prepared to pay Manhattan prices, but still want to stay in a convenient and nice hotel, then read on. We went on a last minute trip to NYC in April during the Easter holidays. Since I am a value oriented traveler (read...

I had always stayed in Manhattan when visiting Manhattan. Work conference took me to this hotel at the Brooklyn end of the Brooklyn bridge. I highly recommend it. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It is surrounded by subway stops so you have a lot of choice which line to take into Manhattan depending on where you want to...

I stayed at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge over the East Bank holiday weekend and I have to say that right from the word go the hotel presented itself in a professional, courteous manner. Upon arrival at the hotel we were a little early for check-in and they were also fully booked but they allowed us to leave our bags with the...
