Either renovate this place or shut it down Starwood. The Sheraton brand is being destroyed everyday you leave it This place is about even in quality with a cheap motel. Our room had a broken air conditioner. And when we called to have it fixed we were told the engineer had gone home for the day. It was cooler...

Hey management! Wake up and get your staff some training. Love the location and the room was clean and comfortable, but the Front Desk is just not up to the task. Check-in was long because the person did not seem to know what she was doing. There was a quick fix to my internet problem that the Front Desk had...

Friday night in the city. Good price for a clean, modern room. Huge flatscreen mounted on the wall.. Took a swim in the pool. Hit the bars near the hotel that are within walking distance. Great time. Will go back again.

1 nite visit to check out UPENN with our daughter for graduate school...picked the sheraton because it $100 cheaper than the Hilton at Penn and the parking was cheaper...$20 versus $40...The sheraton was in a great location ..part of the campus..lots of stores/restaurants around....Standard room...a bit small no complaints..would stay there again

Great location for a visit to the UPenn campus. Hotel in dire need of a renovation, has an 80s feeling, both in our room and the public areas. Service was doing the best they can from the infrastructure. We did not have breakfast in hotel, or use restaurant. Parking structure conveniently located alongside hotel, but small for larger cars, dirty...

My wife and son travelled to Philadelphia to visit Penn during April break. We stayed at the Sheraton as it is virtually on the Penn campus. We upgraded to a suite so we had a bit more room. The size was fine but I had noticed a bit of markings on the wall when we arrived. The room generally wasn't...

Travelkingcentral, We want to extend a heartfelt apology to you for any damage fees you have incurred which you were not responsible for. Unfortunately, it is our policy to charge the last guest that stayed in the room for any damages that the room suffers. We have informed our housekeeping department of this incident, and we have stressed the importance... more

We chose this hotel specifically because of it's location, and was glad it was a Sheraton, given my Starpoints preference. It was not up to the standards that I have come to expect. First, someone else commented on the friendliness (or lack thereof) of the staff. I am used to being greeted on coming and going....there was none of that....

This hotel was awful. When we first arrived, we had to navigate through the smokers hanging right outside the front door. Not a great introducation. We walked into the hotel four times during our stay. Each time, there were smokers right out front. The hotel lobby was crowded and there seemed to be groups of people getting in and out...

Dear Lynn026, We want to extend a heartfelt apology for the experience you had. Due to a large group we had in-house over your stay there were an unusual amount of smokers. Our hotel is 100% non-smoking and it is unfortunate that you had to encounter the smoke on many occasions while entering or departing the hotel. We also apologize... more

I stay here each time I'm in Philadelphia for business. They have a $10 shuttle to/from the airport and parking is $10 a day. My room has always been clean and the bed is always fluffy and great. The hotel staff is great. Room service is timely. However, this is not a great location for tourist-y things as you must...

Cold welcome at Reception. No smile. No offer of assistance with baggage or directions to room (which was on the Starwood Preferred Guests Floor ). The first day I had tea but the second day there was tea but no sugar or stirrer ! A liitle care to detail would have ensured that there was extra tea and sugar everyday...
