The staff - from the desk staff to the cleaning staff - were all super-helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Location was perfect - could walk to Central Park, Times Square, and Theater District. And the price made it a bargain too. We couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel.
