I wish there were a way to award The Towers 4.5 stars but there isn't. Having said that, many things about the hotel are charming and very beautiful. We traveled on Amex Platinum and were upgraded to a GIGANTIC suite, complete with a hallway, pantry, huge living room, a ladies' boudoir and very large bedroom. Antiques everywhere in the suite,...

I have just returned from my stay at the towers and couldn't have wished for better. We originally had booked at the waldorf but got upgraded to the towers when checking in and said we were there for our anniversary. This in itself was fantastic and made us feel very welcome and valued as guests. The room was amazing with...

A quick two day trip to NYC with my wife had to include a stay at one of the best. We were lucky to stay in a beautiful 2 BR suite in the Towers. We had a booked a 1 BR but a guest extending their trip caused us to be moved us to a 2BR with fabulous views of...

Hotel was amazing, suite was so luxurious, the service was so attentive. The hotel is out of this world and has such a history and splendour. There's no doubt it's not good value and is very expensive.

Four university friends from way back when were treated like royalty by the staff of the Waldorf Towers. We were given free upgrades, had every wish fulfilled with a smile even when we were being picky. The rooms were clean and furnished with antiques. All the basic amenities and more were happily provided. I can't recommend the experience more. It...

From the moment of being dropped off, a true experience began. The staff was gracious and helpful. Our rooms were beyond expectation. We ventured out for a bit of shopping at Tiffany's and a beautiful afternoon strolling in and out of an array of shops. We had a fun dinner at the Back 40 (recommended) followed by a bit of...

As former NYers who have (sob) moved south, my spouse and I stay in NYC a few times per year to maintain our sanity. We have often stayed at the Waldorf Astoria because we like the location, the service and of course that wonderful bar. When we were there in early March we decided to upgrade ourselves to the Waldorf...

This was my very first trip to New York City. The first thing I couldn't get over was that I was able to stay and walk the halls of a hotel with such a rich history. When my family and Id the door to our room, we were amazed with how spacious it was. It was truly like staying...
