The butler service is wonderful and under the Amex Platinum we had breakfast included and it was delicious. If you are a light sleeper you should ask for a higher floor or use ear plugs for the NYC...

My parents and grandparents were regulars.I probably spend a thousand a week there. The day that I found out Quako,Gavin and Mike were fired it actually felt like a DEATH!...

The hotel is beautiful- you feel like you have stepped back in time when you walk in. I want to praise Angela at the front desk. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready. She promised to call when it was, and she did. She was very kind, polite-great customer service. Butler service was amazing- was greeted in my room...
