As noted thru the previous correspondence with the Director of Rooms, I want to reconfirm that we are currently not under renovation but scheduled for a major project at the end of December 2011.

Great location midtown. Unfortunately, busy week in NYC, and obviously a reason this was one of the last hotels with availability. Bus tour groups checking in and out. Front desk staff friendly but stretched thin with crowds. Morning room service took forever. Room size standard for NYC, but worn and dated, not very clean.
