I'll keep this short. Its perfect for a traveler on a budget. Yes, the hotel is old and it shows but rooms, although very small are clean and comfortable enough. Linens and towels are changed daily and the location is just perfect.

I stayed here on the new years eve weekend for about 5 days. The staff is the friendliest ever. No bugs! The decor is old but you get what you pay for. The rooms are tiny. If your on a budget I would recommend it. There is a subway close by and a strip of bars about 3 blocks away.
