Stayed at this hotel with a friend for 3 nights. I booked it on Priceline for $160 a night and called the hotel to request double beds and they said that they couldn't promise double beds. At check in, the front desk staff said that the hotel was booked but we could get double beds for $40 additional per night....

Old and Shabby hotel. Room was cold to the point of shivering. No heating in May as a matter of policy, so had to get a heater into the room in order to make it livable. WiFi charged at the regular outrageous rates (when will that ever stop?). Location the only thing it has going for it.

checked in for 3 nights. since day 1, the ac was not working well. we had to call engineering to check the ac. HE said it was working fine but clearly the thermostat wasnt right. he advised us toTHE WINDOWS if we wanted cooler air. the toilet flush wasnt working so they had to send up someone everytime...

Located not to far away from Grand Central, this is a nice location. The hotel is ok for business, but we paid 320 per night. Ok room. my collegues were not too happy with their rooms.

I stayed here in March 2011 for 5 nights and while the hotel is not 5 star deluxe I think it is really really good! The rooms are small but then again it's New York and how much time do you really spend in your room! We found all the staff to be very helpful especially Yelena, Armanda and Laylaa....
