I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! It has a great location. We walked to everything, or took the subway (right around the corner!!) or took a taxi (which the hotel would flag down for us). Nice hotel, very clean, centrally located, excellent service. We had a suite which was spacy and nicely decorated, in a modern, american style, no frills, no gold. Very good bed and shower, silent in the night. The AC was working fine. The staff was friwnly and gave us excellent recommendations. Drawbacks: too small wardrobe, breakfastroom not very inviting

This was our second stay at this property. All of the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The concierge went out of her way to accommodate our requests ranging from limo service to tickets, dinner reservations, champagne and flowers, and recommendations for sighseeing.
