We spent three nights here in late summer. The location was excellent for us and based on the reviews it seemed good value for money. Although Manhattan is an expensive city, I still feel that this hotel is a little overpriced for the rooms and service provided. However, all in all a reasonable stay in a reasonable accommodation.
