We stayed one night at Off Soho Suites, with our three kids, ages 5, 12 and 16. We were given a dank room on the ground floor, with the excuse that the extra bed we'd ordered could not be delivered to an upper floor. Perhaps rooms on higher floors are nicer, but I will never go back to find out....
