Great hotel in Tribeca. Spotlessly clean and fantasticv position, walking distance to Ground zero and subway just out the door. The room was small. 2 queen bed in the one room accommodating 4 women, very tight and messy at times. The bathroom is tiny. But the room is there for sleeping in only. Great value.
