This hotel makes you feel like home, but more coddled! Staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are neat - all different! - and the breakfast is marvellous! The Eggs Florentine was the best we ever had! I I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again!

This is a great hotel to stay at. Nice rooms. Very good location. Fairly close to Grand Central Terminal. Good value for the location. Staff is very attentive. This was the second time we stayed here.

I used to like this euro-centric - mostly small country Europe for some reason - hotel, but less so now. It has been renovated. Bathrooms are very nice, rooms funky 'British library' style. This hotel is a gem among the sterile big hotels that seem to dominate in Manhattan. Big, clean rooms, very friendly staff, and very comfortable beds at a reasonable price add up to a very good experience.
