This was our first time visiting New York City, and it was an Anniversary getaway. We stayed for 5 nights. The location of the Hotel was great! The room was attractive, clean, and comfortable The breakfast buffet was good. There is a Greek restaurant at the end of the block that we had a wonderful dinner at our first night....

We got a good deal on this hotel as Priority Club members, which offered good value for money. However, if I had paid full price for this hotel I would have been disappointed.
The room was very small, but having not stayed in other NYC hotels I cannot compare. The room itself was a little tired, but clean and the...

Our daughter and I stayed at this hotel for four nights when we visited NYC. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which filled us up for hours and liked the way that tea/coffee was available all day. The location was very good for us, short walk to Empire State and lots of nice places to eat nearby. The subway was very...

If i was visiting New York again I would not choose this hotel. The hotel is in a poor area with few quality places to eat at night. The only good restaurant we found was Restivo's which is south down 7th Avenue. The hotel breakfast was OK but only OK and has free coffee served all day which is a...

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 4 days at the beginning of January. It is the perfect location for getting anywhere in New York, Not far from the Subway, the bus terminal, a couple of blocks from Macy's and all the shops. Loads of places to eat near by as well. staff at the desk are really helpful and...

Stayed here for 8 nights recently and found it a great base to see Manhattan. Only a few blocks from Penn Station (very useful for getting to Newark airport), and from the Port Authority (to get to Woodbury Common for shopping by bus!) and from Times Square. We walked almost everywhere from there (we like walking!) and found it to...

This hotel is within walking distance to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, both qualities we desired when we traveled to see the NIT basketball tournament. A great price for the heart of the city. The breakfast room was crowded, but the food was good. The coffee bar was available at all hours of the day and night, which we...

We stayed for a night in Manhattan in the summer, prices were sky high for the weekend. We got a great deal at this property. The rooms are really tiny, barely can fit 2 twin beds in a room and not much space left to navigate around.
Breakfast is nice, property is near Madison sq garden ... very convineant &...

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 3 nights but could only get the 2 rooms we requested for 2 nights. On arrival (after check in time) we were told we could only have 1 room with 2 double beds and the other would be kingsize for 1 night with the option to move on the next 2 nights. The...

Ok so it's not the Plaza and you should not expect too much, but it was reasonably priced, fantastic loacation and included complimentary breakfast which was not exactly classy but included pastries. Eggs, Sausages, Muffins, Bagles, Fruit, Yogurts, Cereal, T&C and Selection of Juices - not bad at all.
This hotel was modern and clean, the staff were friendly and...
