Having previously stayed here in 2005, when the hotel was a great deal newer, my second visit left me feeling a bit sad. My two biggest moans are that the rooms (we stayed in a corner king both times) have not been touched in those six years. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, even a cracked window pain, and the tv...

I stayed here with my friend for 2 nights in a lovely suite! The hotel is of a very good standard and doesn't feel stiff or has that arrogant feel that so many other 4star NYC hotels have. I especially liked the attention to detail, such as cookies before bedtime and cool toiletteries. We had a suite and it was...

After reading loads of reviews on this hotel (mostly good but some bad), we bit the bullet and booked it and thank god we did! We love the LES, so many great bars, restaurant's, cafes and shops within a stones throw of the hotel. Check Schillers for dinner and a drink 1 block away and grab an awesome crepe for...

We booked this hotel for our final two nights in New York as a treat - after a lot of research on hotels in this price range this seemed like it was going to be not only luxurious but also a bit different from the old style Manhattan glamour of a lot of Midtown hotels in the same price range....

Unusual location - Bowery; great neighborhood for strolling and people watching at all of the quirkie hole-in-the-wall bars, etc.; easy walk to SoHo. Cool room with floor to ceiling windows, balcony, and floor to ceiling (partially opaque) windows in the shower. I stayed in a high-floor soaking tub room; the tub is the deepest I've ever even seen, aside from...

I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and from this stay I would have to say it is in decline. Lobby bathrooms were not very clean and a handle fell off in my hand. The "double double" rooms lack balcony's and the views of the rooms pictured on the website. NO soundproofing so all hallway and other floor sounds...

i think this was my favorite hotel ever! It is a beautiful glass tower on the lower east side. The rooms are beautifully furnished and windows are everywhere. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a corner room on a high floor and we had a view of the Williamsburg Bridge. Light was coming in from every angle and that...

When it comes to places in Manhattan, I tend to be very picky....In this case there is nothing to be picky about! fantastic atmosphere, staff, prices and the nightlife...well lets just say they could make me feel young again..I would love to spend a weekend here.
