I stayed here for 2 nights. The location was perfect for what i needed, very close to the subway as well (also the express line). The service was ok, but the room was not so good. The small bathroom smelled like mold (and there was some on the walls indeed). The room door looked unsafe, anybody could haved that...

Beware of Woogo! My wife and I were recently on vacation in New York City. Our accommodations were handled by ‘woogo’ (www.woogo.com) through Priceline. I hope no one else has to experience what we did at the hands of Woogo. Please, stay away from this company! Here is the timeline and experience: It will tell our side of the story,...

It turns out (after getting glares from the actual tenants who live in this building) that tourists are not only unwelcome here, but being put into these rooms ILLEGALLY. In other words, the city could come in and shut down the illegal hotel at any minute and put all of the paying tourists out on the street. What then? Not...

Im a 26yr old male that has been to nyc many times. As soon i arrived there were problems. The front desk was extremely rude. It took 2 HOURS for my room to be ready (i arrived at 5pm). Then we got our room and they literally stuck a bed and a bathroom in a closet and called it a...

I stayed in this hotel with two friends. The double bed was fine, but the sofa bed was horrendous - imagine the worst sofa bed you can with a metal frame, the odd spring a whole heap of creakiness! Given that the location is quite good it was good value for money. We did not use the kitchen, mostly because...

Overall it's a good place - good value for money. But, it's a little on the dodgy side: the bed was uncomfortable, the turntable in the microwave didn't work, the 2 bar stools were broken and couldn't be sat on, and there was no hot water for most of 1 of the days. But, in saying that, for what we...

Disappointing stay. Understood these to be serviced appartments - far from it. We had no service in the 9 days we stayed. Bin not emptied, sheets not changed, towels not refreshed. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, did nothing when we made a complaint. Also charged per bag to hold items after check-out (not even in a secured area). The...

Overall nice apartments for the money we paid! This is not a hotel so there is no room service wake up calls and etc. it has a small kitchenette with microwave, stow and the fridge. Some plates, pans and other tableware available. There is a huge very inexpensive grocery store just next block from the apartment building. We saved bunch...

Please not the above title, this place also calls themselves by it on booking.com... We traveled to NYC with another couple, and we under the impression we scored a great location/ price for a 2 bedroom apartment for our time in NYC. Upon check in we discovered that we had 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments, and they blame this error/...
