The price is a little high but that is what u get for staying in the city. The location is great and there is so many reataurants. The staff is really friendly!

When we first arrived, we got room 105. We asked for a higher room, but they said they had none available. Room 105 was literally 10 steps from the reception desk. We could hear the music from the desk. There were cardboard boxes in the hallway stacked up. We went back to the reception desk, telling them that there was...

I stayed here for business in April. Requested a room on a high floor, and was put on the 2nd. The rooms, while a decent size for NYC standards. are furnished with dated furniture and very poorly lit. My coworker was initially put in a room that smelled like standing water. The one elevator us slow, and the staff hit-and-miss....

good value place to stay within 10 min walk of 2 subway stations giving excellent access to most of the city. 10 min walk to Brooklyn Bridge with views from some rooms of this icon. Room was of expected good standard- great shower and really comfortable bed. Staff excellent, helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast is included which is a real...

Just got back yesterday from a 3 night stay at this Hampton Inn. The accomodations were roomy for NYC. The staff were the most helpful and courteous that I have ever encountered. They made a very positive impression on my whole family. This is a safe, quieter section of town with the seaport and pier 17 right around the corner. Also...

My best friend and I traveled ALLL the way to NYC for my birthday. It was his first time, so I wanted the stay to be good for us both. The Hampton Inn did not disappoint AT ALL. The hotel made us hate having to come back home. The staff was courteous, and the room was very clean. You would...

The hotel staff was very helpful and really personable. The hotel was a little bit of a walk to the subway, but we found this hotel to be in a quiet part of the city. We wanted to be close to everything, but not have to stay in a loud crowded area. The breakfast was good, the rooms were big...

Seaport is a really nice location, ver underrated. We always stay at midtown and will certainly return here instead. Just a short subway ride away, and the Hampton is just great. Good breakfast, very friendly staff at (for NY) pretty reasonable price.

This isn't a standard Hampton Inn. It's New York style with tiny rooms, small breakfast area, and narrow, dark hallways. I was there for business and disappointed with the small, cramped room. However, it's in a great location near the Brooklyn Bridge and the Seaport (shopping and restaurants), convenient to financial district, Federal Plaza, and federal court. I often travel...

We were actually visting because we were looking at Colleges, and since we were there we did some site seeing as well. The Hotel personal were so great, with directions and the best way to get around town. Since we were women and one young man, they even gave us a business card in case we got lost so we...
