I loved this hotel. In NYC for a conference. We stayed in an Atrium room and had a great view of NYC city streets below. The location was perfect -- in Times Square, walking distance to Penn Station. We began by going to our room and finding quilt and pillows all over the floor and ring marks left in the bathroom on surfaces that hadn't been cleaned.
