It's an exceptional place for non conventional travellers. The room was spacious, clean enough (window glasses little dusty,though), and comfortable. The guys at the front desk, efficient and helpfull. So, if you´re a solo traveller -or with company- looking for a truly bohemian but comfortable atmosphere, the Cheslea is a great option in NY.I´ll be back.

I love Chelsea so find it hard to rate the Chelsea Hotel badly. So I won't, nor I can't. Book early and you can pick up a good room (with a bathroom) for $140 AUD per night. The rooms aren't flash but they are full of character and make staying at the Chelsea Hotel a wonderful experience.
