Zero reception in these rooms. Wifi drops in and out. Television never worked. Three business partners of mine had the same experience. Made it very hard to work. Location was great though.

Nice amenities, fantastic location, disgusting bedding. It was probably clean but the stained bed skirt squished me right out. Overly aggressive early morning room service loud enough to disturb anyone on the floor regardless of privacy requests was also extremely annoying. I would expect this in a cheaper hote. Not worth the money.

From check in to check out, everything was as it should be. staff was extremely pleasant, helpful. cleaning staff was excellent, accomodating, polite. desk staff was efficient, friendly, helpful. Vibe was cool , chic without overdoing it - very convenient to all my mid-town business appointments and the train station. No complaints.
