Lovely hotel staff were amazing rooms are turned down every night so fresh tidy rooms to cone back to after lots of sightseeing. Ac was slightly noisy but we soon got used to it nice big tv lots of channels. Perfect location around the corner from grand central and down the road from times square . All staff were very...

They told me that my booked( pay in advance) room is sold out when got there first day.And in that case, they are so "kind" to downgrade my room from a skyline room to a regular room with no charge!!! Their staffs also said that there was no price difference between those two types of rooms. What the h**l! Are...

Nice boutique hotel. Though in the heart of midtown only little noise, and mostly from the ac. Turndown service was... A big apple! However, almost 400 dollars a night is a bit pricey...

The hotel is actually less about its design and more about the personal attention the staff gives the guests. They go beyond just being nice. I'm talking about how they go out of their way to help. You'd think you arrived at a resort on the Mayan coast. The Gotham has some excellent characteristics: good location, very helpful staff, an...

I stayed at the Gotham, with my husband, the beginning of April, for 2 nights. We experienced outstanding service from the staff. They were very helpful with directions, recommendations, and reservations. When we first arrived we were immediatley offered a glass of wine. Check-in was very quick and painless. I enjoyed staying at a smaller boutique style hotel instead of...

Friendly staff, modern rooms, great shower (fuzzy soft robes), wonderful food, and in walking distance of Broadway!

II’ve chosen this hotel because it seemed to be good standard with an excellent location. Location was in deed good, however standard, service and safety was unacceptable and heavily disappointing. Upon my arrival a part of the wooden cabinet underneath the basin fell on my foot and it hurt one of my toes very badly and caused a fracture. The...

I stayed at the Gotham for three nights last week and had mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, this hotel is in a great location - close to Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Center, etc. The price was great. The room itself was very small but was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel...

Stayed at the Gotham Hotel for 5 nights on our first visit to NY and found it to be very comfortable and suitable for our needs. The hotel is located just off 5th Avenue and close to Grand Central, so worked as a good base for visiting the main tourist attractions. The hotel itself is very clean, our room was...
