The staff is VERY helpful, free wine/beer and delicious appetizer happy hour and in suite full kitchens complete with pans, flatware and dishes=perfect. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are spacious (for NYC) and the rooftop seating area has breathtaking views of the city. I had no problems with the elevator, 1-2 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
