I just can't find enough good things to say about this hotel. I've stayed at St. Regis, Marriott Marquis, Hilton Times Square, W Lexington, Warwick, Royalton, Andaz 5th Avenue, Staybridge Times Square, Hotel Indigo and many others in New York. This was by far one of my favorites. Rooms are small but well-laid out. Loved the view up Varick/7th Avenue....

This hotel is not really in Soho, but more on the southern fringe. It's at least a 3 block walk before you're in soho, but still not a bad location. This hotel is relatively new and since we're Marriott members we gave it a try. We arrived via rental car and asked about parking. We were told at the front...

We stayed here for 6 nights in late February/early March 2011. We were really impressed with this hotel. It is in a fantastic location. It is a 5 minute walk to Soho so very close to fantastic shopping, restaurants and cafes. It is also seconds from a subway station so it is very easy to get to midtown or anywhere...

Stayed here this past weekend (Fri & Sat night) and had a very enjoyable stay. Check in to check out...everything was very nice!! The staff and the management at this hotel was rock-star. The rooms were clean and surprisingly very quiet. I've stayed in many hotels where you start hearing doors slamming and activity in the halls through-out the mornings...

I needed a room for three (two daughters and myself). We booked a double double bed room. I was pleased with the price (for New York City and for a party of three). It is very clean and in an excellent location. The subway is literally just at the corner of the block or you can walk a block further...

Hotel is only a few months old and what's better than a nearly new hotel--they've got the kinks worked out and it's still fresh! The guys at the check in are up-beat and helpful. My only gripe (and this wasn't their fault) was that they emailed out the name and phone number of a car service for airport transportation, and...

It's less than a block from the subway, brand-new and sub-two-hundred in the dead of winter. Small rooms, but workable for a couple. $30/day valet, or park it yourself for $25 two blocks away. Really fabulous desk staff. Neighborhood is off the beaten track, but not too far off. It's near the corner of Varick & Houston, which is not...

Stayed at this hotel for one night with my three children. This is a new hotel. It has a modern and clean decor. I stayed in a room with two double beds. Rooms are very small especially the king bed rooms. They have an area for breakfast which was nice. It is also next to Dunkin Doughnuts and a deli....

Recently stayed here on a business trip & found it to embody a good value. This is a new property and the rooms are well appointed. The location is good and near to many restaurants. Also I felt safe walking in this area (as much as possible in NYC!). Overall a great stay.

We booked this hotel for New Years Eve stay with friends as we had to be "close" to Union Square and preferred to be away from TS madness. The hotel was new, clean, modern, by NYC standards at a $250.00 rate ;) - spacious (yes the room doord onto our bed, but so has every other hotel I've stayed...
