The staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I especially want to commend Zakiya for going out of her way to help me and a colleague find a quiet place to work on a project.

We had the pleasure of staying here in April 2011 for about 10 nights. We were in New York City for the Tribeca Film Festival as we were part of a film that had its World Premiere there ( Love Hate Love). ALL the staff at Sheraton Tribeca ensured our stay with them was delightful. Nothing was ever a problem...

The hotel is located at chinatown. Horrible Street. There is no safe or minibar at the rooms, the breakfast is bellow the average. Definitely not a Sheraton.

We book our room our priceline.com and got it for $169 a night. We requested to have 2 beds in our room because I really didn't feel like sleeping in the same bed as my father. We took the subway to our hotel since it was about a 10 minute subway trip and the A,C or E train had a...

First I want to say is that I work for a hotel so I know the procedures very well. I booked a room with DD for 2 adults and a teenager. I know room types are not guaranteed but I've never heard of being charged extra for another bed. Then I asked for a possible upgrade and how much, they...

Just built in october, nice, clean and contemporary hotel. Located on canal street, right across the street was the edge of SOHO, short walk to the west side and Chelsea districts. Great shopping and galleries close by the hotel. I would stay again.

Of the star wood collection I find Sheraton the least consistent. This is a new and well located Sheraton. Nothing special in the rooms, but perfectly clean and functional. The lounge is very well stocked for such a small space. Staff all excellent except one manager who clearly has not heard the notion that the customer is always right. After...

The Sheraton Tribeca met our expectations and more. The club level observation deck has a beautiful view and the continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, and while not exceptionally big, it was modern and had a great view. The shower was great and the water pressure was perfect. The Sheraton Tribeca is located on the border of...

We loved the Sheraton Tribeca. Staff was the best especially Paul R. Any time we needed help he was always there to assist us with anything. He went above and beyond for us and we will come back because of him. There was one bellman though who was a little to friendly and a little too energetic and was always...

I wrote once previously about this hotel and gave it a great review, however I think the true test of a hotel is in it's consistency. I have stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca on Canal Street four times. I typically come in on business but the last time I stayed an extra day to enjoy New York. The beds are...
