We come to New York often and have stayed pretty much everywhere. The Setai far surpasses the other luxury hotels. We stayed in a studio suite and it was HUGE! The room was well appointed and very clean. Room service was quick, a little pricey, but quick. The staff could not do enough for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful....

This was my 2nd time staying here and was equally as AMAZING as my inaugural visit! The rooms are flawless (LOVE the minimalist decor) and the level of service is equally impressive. I travel to NYC quite a bit and can truly say that the Setai is my favorite hotel experience.

The Setai is fantastic. We had a king studio suite, which was amazing and very comfortable. But what sets this hotel apart is the service level. From the front desk to housekeeping to the bellmen, etc, they were a pleasure. I've stayed in four Ritz Carltons in the last month and none compares to the Setai in terms of service....
